From the SW coast of MI, Slim Gypsy Baggage originally came to be when performing musicians, Morgan Ingle(vocal/rhythm guitar) and Matt Smith(vocal/bass) were introduced to Cam Mammina(lead guitar). The musical combination was a magical blend that had to be explored. In time, came the addition of Joel Gorenflo (drums), who provides the foundational beats for SGB. Friendships are what have rooted this band together and brought them together in the first place as well as the common interest in music. Though the individuals that make up this outfit are randomly different and come from varied backgrounds in extensive musical studies, it is the culmination of the group as a whole that creates their creative and vibrant sound.

Melophobix is a seven-piece Reggae / Rock / Funk / Fusion band based out of Grand Rapids, MI
The group was officially founded in November of 2015. Its members came together through various Open-Mic night performances and collaborations within the Grand Rapids music scene. Shortly thereafter, Melophobix recorded and launched their debut three song EP in the summer of 2016, recorded by Ben Zito at Centennial Sound in Grand Rapids, MI. Melophobix EP is a general representation of the band’s eclectic roots. The disc was essentially the first three originals the band wrote and rehearsed together. Since then, the MELO crew has recorded two additional tracks at Third Coast Recording Company in Grand Haven, MI. Both of these songs were recorded live in studio with accompanying videos. The band is preparing for their first full-length album.
