Downtown St. Joe Comes Alive with Weekend Events, March 10-11

On Friday, March 10 visitors can stroll through downtown St. Joseph and enjoy March Mannequins, sponsored by The Boulevard Inn & Bistro, United Federal Credit Union and the Southwestern Michigan Tourist Council. Windows will display community volunteers as they pose perfectly still, like mannequins. Watch storefronts of participating businesses come alive from 7:00p-8:30p. This year’s theme features Board Games.

“United is proud to once again partner with St. Joseph Today for March Mannequins,” said Nicole Bowes, United Downtown St. Joseph Branch Manager. “This event is so unique and engaging! We love how it highlights our fantastic downtown St. Joseph businesses. United is excited to once again participate as volunteers and help put the spotlight on the great things happening in our community.”

Nature Therapy of Michiana, Gallery On The Alley feat. the Blossomtime Festival, Glik’s, Grins, HarborTown Interiors, Jimmy John’s, Lazy Ballerina Winery, Medic 1, Mimi’s Cupcakes & More, Oh My Darlings, Olive Cart feat. Fusion Center for Dance, Perennial Accents, Shala 606, Statements Style Lounge, State Street Stuff, Sweet Haven, The Market (St. Joe Community Taproom, Infusco Coffee, Dad’s Farm & Cafe, Nola Roux, St. Joe Wine Shoppe, The Cheese Lady, The Culinary Cottage, The Tea Annex, Wild Ginger Flowers & Gifts), The Toy Company feat. Children’s Music Workshop, Third Coast Surf Shop feat. Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS), Waterfront House of Framing & Fashion and White Pine Winery feat. the Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra.

Attendees can vote for their favorite windows at stjoetoday.com/vote. Voting will be open from 7:00p on Friday, March 10 to 11:59p on Sunday, March 12. The top three winners will be announced on the St. Joe Today Facebook page on Monday, March 13.

For additional weekend fun, head to the Union+Social Event Venue on Saturday, March 11 for St. Joe Today’s inaugural Spring Artisan Fair. Held from 11:00a-4:00p, attendees will enjoy this indoor market featuring local artisans. Free and open to the public.
