Crystal Mountain hosting multiple job fairs to fill around 100 open positions

After a successful summer, Crystal Mountain is getting ready for its busiest season of the year – winter. There are typically around 600 employees on the payroll when the snow flies, but right now around 100 of those positions need to be filled. Opportunities range from full-time managerial positions including a front desk manager and spa director to seasonal positions such as lift operator and ticket sales attendant.

“Every position at Crystal Mountain plays a huge part in delivering a fun, safe and memorable experience for our guests,” Jennifer King, vice president of human resources, said. “We certainly value our hardworking staff at every level, especially during this competitive job market, and we are committed to creating a great place to both work and play.”

In addition to competitive wages, Crystal Mountain offers a long list of employee benefits. For the first time, all team members are being offered free skiing, snowboarding, golf, access to the Peak Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, as well as discounts on meals, retail and Crystal Spa services. Healthcare benefits, 401(k) plans, tuition assistance and paid time off are also included for full-time, year-round employees.

  • Tuesday, October 19 from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Friday, November 5 from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Wednesday, November 17 from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 20 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Friday, December 3 from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
