Bonobo Winery Hosting Summer Dinner Series

Bonobo Winery, a family-owned vineyard on Michigan’s Old Mission Peninsula, announced today a new summer dinner series at the vineyard, featuring five outdoor, summer dinners complete with wine pairings.

The series begins July 28 with Bonobo’s Ooyster Fête (a play on the spelling of Tom and Carter Oosterhouse’s last name), a seafood-themed meal featuring East Coast and West Coast oysters along with apps such as Oysters Rockefeller, clams and a crudo bar, each with a wine pairing designed to complement each seafood option. Live music will create a fun and lively atmosphere during dinner.

Chef Scott is creating multi-course meals for the dinners on August 11, 18 and 25, and the five-week series ends September 1 with an old-fashioned Shrimp Boil.
