This is an incredible story featuring the passion and devotion of Chef Hill and his 30-year culinary training program at Lakeland Prison. The film features four men on their prison journey, employing food as a prism to tell deeper stories of purpose, resilience, and redemption. More than teaching the basics of cooking, this program goes much deeper, even teaching the art of growing food, fine dining, and knowledgeable wine service - showing the ways we are connected. And does so in unexpected ways, subtly addressing some of the most pressing questions of our time.
