Bring your pet all kitted out in this contest of canine proportions! Entry fee is $5 and donations welcome--all go to Homeward Bound's mission. Don't have a furry friend to dress up? Come on down and watch these pups strut their stuff and duke it out for Best Costume! Free and fun for all ages! Awards for Best Dog Costume and Best Owner & Dog Costume.
