Gun Lake Casino Resort (GLCR) announced that another lucky guest hit a progressive jackpot of over $500,000 in just the past five months. The latest jackpot of $551,587 was won on a Mega Dollar Storm Wild Ninja on Friday afternoon, following a $5 bet.
“We are thrilled to pay out another life-changing jackpot to another loyal guest from West Michigan,” said Brian Decorah, Senior VP/General Manager. “This is the second time in the last five months that we’ve paid out over a half million dollars to one of our local players!”
The last time GLCR paid out a half million-dollar jackpot, it was $514,378 to a local guest from the Grand Rapids area on a Dollar Storm slot machine, following a $1.25 bet. This month’s lucky winner was also playing a Dollar Storm machine and has chosen to remain anonymous, given the staggering amount of the jackpot.
The slots at GLCR have been red hot in 2026. Over the entire weekend, GLCR paid out 25 large jackpots to its players, varying from $10,000-$30,000, in addition to the $551,587 jackpot. In January, another local guest won a $100,000 jackpot on Double Diamond Strike.
