This summer, downtown Frankfort will once again come alive with creativity, color, and community as two beloved events return to celebrate the best in handcrafted and fine art.
The Frankfort Craft Fair and Art in the Park are back and better than ever, offering residents and visitors free, family-friendly experiences that highlight the remarkable talent of local and regional artisans.
Frankfort Craft Fair — June 20, 2026
Kick off summer the right way at the Frankfort Craft Fair on Saturday, June 20, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Set in the heart of downtown Frankfort on Main Street, this year's fair features over 80 vendors — the largest lineup yet — showcasing a stunning variety of handmade goods including jewelry, pottery, textiles, home décor, and so much more.
Art in the Park — July 4, 2026
Celebrate Independence Day with a little inspiration at Art in the Park on Saturday, July 4, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Mineral Springs Park, 630 Main Street, along the Betsie Valley Trail. With over 50 artists and growing, this open-air gallery transforms one of Frankfort's most beautiful outdoor spaces into a showcase of paintings, sculptures, photography, and fine crafts — all set against the stunning backdrop of the bay. It's the perfect way to spend a holiday morning with family and friends.
Admission to both events is free and open to all ages.
