On September 11, the Downtown Market Grand Rapids invites guests to soak up the last days of summer under the Market Shed, and savor their favorite Market meal from over 19 merchants all located under one roof from 5-7 p.m. at “Sip & Savor”.
A few Downtown Market end of summer “savor” favorites include Fish Lad’s Lobster Roll featuring Maine lobster; Juju Bird’s Hot Chicken Sandwich on a butter brioche bun, served with crispy fries; and Pho 616’s classic chicken or beef pho soup, richly simmered for ten delicious hours. After dinner, indulge with a scoop of Almond Toffee Crunch or Dreamy Strawberry (Vegan) ice cream available at Love’s Ice Cream & Chocolate for the perfect end to a perfect meal.
Happy hour “sips,” available from the outdoor bar, include $2 PBR, $4 12 oz. craft beer, $6 canned cocktails, and more. Outdoor seating for al-fresco dining will be socially-distanced where dogs are welcome to join.
