There’s still time for Holland Farmers Market fans to enter to win $100 in Market Bucks gift certificates as part o the Market’s National Farmers Market Week contest. National Farmers Market Week is organized each August by the Farmers Market Coalition in an effort to bring awareness to the value that farmers markets bring to their communities. The national event recognizes five main benefits that markets offer the communities they serve: preserving farmland, stimulating the local economy, increasing access to nutritious food, supporting healthy communities and promoting sustainability.

Customers are also encouraged to share photographs of themselves at the Market with the hashtag #humansofhfm on Instagram or on the Holland Farmers Market Facebook page. Everyone who shares their photo with the #humansofhfm will be entered to win $100 in Market Bucks gift certificates to spend at the Market! The winner will be announced Monday, August 10 via Instagram and
