2020 SCA Outdoor Concert Series. Tickets Now on Sale for the First Shows of Summer!

Saugatuck Center for the Arts Announces 2020 Outdoor Concert Series

Welcome back to the SCA for live performances!

The SCA’s new deck becomes a stage and the parking lot becomes a socially-distanced seating area for you and your friends. Grab a drink and snacks from the bar then settle in for an evening with breezes off the river and sunset-streaked skies overhead, along with the fresh sounds of Americana, folk-rock, instrumental guitar and more.

It’s BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair) and “put your chair in a square” which is the SCA way of helping you be socially distanced as you enjoy the concert. The SCA team has all the safety protocols in place to ensure a safe, comfortable outdoor entertainment experience.

Performances include:

Cleveland Guitar Duo
Monday July 27, 8PM
The Outdoor Concert Series kicks off with this critically acclaimed instrumental pair. Cleveland Guitar Duo features regionally accomplished guitarists Patrick Woods and Doug Wood performing a mix of their own solo pieces, along with collaborations of original and recognizable cover tunes. Don’t miss this evening of dynamic guitar under the stars.

Cameron Blake
Monday August 10, 8PM
Back by popular demand! Cameron Blake blew away the “Failure Lab” audience with his gospel-fired, high energy roots rock and introspective folk. Now Michigan-born Blake is back for the outdoor concert series. He’s passionate about engaging with the parts of us that are fragile and vulnerable. This is reflected most deeply in his songs which have touched the hearts of people all over the world. Blake’s music is as diverse as his personal story.

Tickets now available online or by calling 269-857-2399.

Concerts are still being added, including an evening with Mason Street Warehouse alumni — watch SCA website and Facebook pages for updates.
