Dining out may not be an option, but Black Star Farms has the second-best option to brunch on the farm— Easter Brunch From the Farm– in your home.
For many, Easter is a time for joyful praise and hope, and Black Star Farms would be honored to be a part of that celebration. In reaction to the state and federal mandate to stay at home, the team created Easter Brunch From the Farm–a delicious meal prepared, with love and caution, for friends in the Grand Traverse area to enjoy in the safety of their home.
The menu includes maple glazed ham with stone-ground mustard, spinach and vegetable quiche, grilled asparagus, buttermilk mashed potatoes, rolls and whipped butter, farm salad with lemon vinaigrette and sliced pound cake with berry sauce. The meal serves up to 6 people and will be chilled at the time of pickup. Some items will need to be cooked or heated before serving, instructions will be included.
Curbside pickup will be at the Hearth & Vine Café at Black Star Farms Suttons Bay on Saturday, April 11, between 12 pm – 4 pm.
Order deadline noon Tuesday April 7th to provide the team prep time please.
