Our “Craft Beer Crawl” salute to the burgeoning Michigan craft beer industry continues for the sixth year on Saturday, February 15, from 2-6 pm. Ten guest breweries will be hosted at Grand Haven Main Street pubs and restaurants with tap takeovers and brewery staff on hand to discuss what makes each brew unique.
The Michigan Craft Beer crawl gives Grand Haven residents and visitors alike to sample great artisan beers. The community can stop into one of the participating local restaurant or bars and sample a new beer, or cheers to their favorite brew without having to drive throughout the state.
“The annual Michigan Craft Beer crawl is a favorite among Grand Haven residents. It gets people on the streets and reminds them that our Grand Haven Main Street is the place to go to support our local merchants and businesses. Our small businesses rely on events like the Craft Beer Crawl to bring folks down to see what Grand Haven Main Street really has to offer – everything from banking and insurance needs, real estate, breakfast / lunch / dinner, tech support and unique boutiques to browse and shop for your favorite gifts.” Says Vicki Ellis, Grand Haven Main Street’s Administrative Assistant.
Participating bar / restaurants include The Kirby House, Harbor Restaurants, The Copper Post, J.W.’s Food & Spirits, and Porto Bello, to name a few. Bell’s, Arbor Brewing, Brewery Vivant, Farmhaus are just a few of the samples that will be offered for you to taste. Don’t miss this outstanding opportunity to sample your favorite Michigan craft beer right here on Grand Haven Main Street!
