Klompen Garden, a public art project celebrating community artists and Dutch heritage, will showcase 20 pairs of artfully designed large ‘wooden’ shoes installed in city parks and tulip beds throughout the downtown Holland area during the Tulip Time Festival.

A juror vote and public vote will determine the favorite klompen. The juror’s pick will be announced at the event “First Bloem” in February where all top 20 artists and their works will be featured. The public will have a chance to vote for their favorites of the remaining 19 klompen between May 2 – 9, 2020.
