This event celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Apollo landing on the moon, and you’ll be treated to a variety of hands-on, minds-on activity stations to learn more about space.

See if you can package a delicate egg to survive a 1,000 foot drop, and work together to help a rocket travel from the earth to the moon.

Taking place in Suttons Bay Marina Park, you’ll find unforgettable wines, local food, and live music at the festival, all while enjoying a cool breeze off of Grand Traverse Bay.

Your ticket includes a souvenir wine glass and three tasting tickets, and you can save $10 by purchasing your ticket in advance.

Fish Feast

Head to St. Ignace on July 20 for the 13th Annual Fish Feast!

Taking place at the public marina and celebrating the area’s rich fishing history and culture, you’ll find a whole day of fishy fun.

Start off with the Blessing of the Fisherman’s Memorial, followed by kids games like a fishing pond, live music, and locally-caught fish prepared by the area’s best restaurants.

Wrap up your evening with fireworks, and you’ve got the recipe for a perfect summer day!
