In celebration of W.K Kellogg’s birthday, both the W.K. Kellogg Bird Sanctuary and W.K. Kellogg Manor House are offering free admission on Sunday, April 7 during our Sustaining the Vision Open Houses.
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. the Bird Sanctuary will be open free of charge for visitors to explore the beautiful trails around Wintergreen Lake.
Also from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Manor House will be offering free tours of W.K. Kellogg’s historic former summer home with docents portraying W.K. Kellogg and his wife, Dr. Carrie Staines Kellogg. Guests will be treated with cake to celebrate W.K.’s birthday, and a scavenger hunt for kids
