Staymaker Restaurant at Journeyman Distillery continues their Chef’s Dinner series with an Italian-themed dining experience on Friday, February 22.
Notte Italiana will feature the fresh flavors of Italy, thoughtfully paired with Journeyman cocktails. Inspired by memories of his 2006 trip through Europe, the simplicity of ingredients, and warm hospitality are what Chef Luke Caenepeel recalls from his sojourn.
Only 40 tickets will be sold, evoking the early days of Journeyman—encouraging conversation and providing ample time to savor. “Journeyman’s Chef’s Dinners are an opportunity to craft a more intimate and memorable dining adventure,” says Caenepeel. “I enjoy bringing new culinary experiences to Southwest Michigan and interacting with diners.”
