Tabor Hill Winery & Restaurant (185 Mount Tabor Road), one of Southwest Michigan’s most renowned wineries, will welcome the fall season with new brunch, lunch, dinner, and dessert offerings at its on-site restaurant. Crafted by Executive Chef Ryan Thornburg, the new menus are now available and feature fresh and locally-sourced ingredients with unique twists on classic dishes.
Weekday specials have been added to the menu and will be available all day. Specials include Tabor Hill’s long loved entrée, Raspberry Chicken Wednesdays ($15), Surf and Turf Thursdays featuring six-ounce lobster tail and a four-ounce filet ($20) and Prime Rib Fridays and Saturdays ($25).
For those guests with a sweet tooth, Tabor Hill’s popular Black Walnut Crème and Salted Caramel Crème will return to the restaurant’s after-dinner drink menu. Guests can also savor in Tabor Hill’s new wine and truffle flights, which offer expertly paired red wines with gourmet Michigan-made truffles.
Tabor Hill Restaurant is open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. A special brunch menu is available on Sundays from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
