Chocolates by Grimaldi Celebrates the Arrival of Fall with their Chocolate Harvest

Even though the first day of fall is still weeks away there are many tell-tale signs that summer is fading into fall, the leaves are changing colors, the nights are getting cooler, and chocolate caramel apples are now available at Chocolates by Grimaldi!

Their limited edition chocolate caramel apples are created using crisp, sweet, and hand-picked apples fresh from local orchards. First, they drench them in their buttery, and creamy caramel. Next, they coat them with their decadent chocolate and finally, they top them with a layer of crunchy nuts or other toppings.

“For many, our caramel apples are a sign that fall has arrived,” said Molli Laham, Co-Owner of Chocolates by Grimaldi in Grand Haven. “Even more so than the start of the school year or the cooler weather,” she added.

Their fall harvest also includes many other delectable treats like, pumpkin pie truffles, maple pecan truffles, and turtles.  Tours and classes are also offered for those of you that are interested in an educational treat.

During their fun, factory tour you will have the opportunity to learn about the chocolate making process from pod to bean to delicious chocolate! Visitors will also be able to get a close-up view of our vintage 1950’s enrober that’s just like the one that was used on I Love Lucy! Tours cost $4.00 per person. Large groups and special times can be accommodated. To ensure everyone receives the best tour we ask that you call to schedule your tour in advance 616-935-7740.

Teams are scored on the correlation of their design to the overall themeas well as their presentation, the appearance of their creation, and its taste.

Over 20 different groups have already taken advantage of the Team Builder. This includes worldwide companies like Gerber-Nestle, Amway and nationwide companies like Chick-fil-A.
