The Music House Museum welcomes pianist Peter Bergin on Aug. 26th at 7 pm for a Ragtime Concert and Great American Songbook Sing-a-long. Michigan-based ragtime artist, Peter Bergin, has entertained audiences for over two decades. Peter’s mission is to celebrate life through music and stories, and especially loves sharing the rhythms and history of ragtime piano. Classically trained, Peter embarked on a full-time music career after twenty-four years in computer software. There isn’t a day he regrets this decision! In 2017, Peter debuted his first solo CD, Ragtime In Time, featuring the Big Three of classic ragtime, Scott Joplin, James Scott, and Joseph Lamb. Peter is widely sought-after for his amazing skills and engaging performances. Playing in the heart of community brings Peter immense joy and satisfaction.
