  • Did You Know? This is the only lighthouse built in three sections and time periods: Lantern Room (1855), Iron Tower (1888), & Steel Sub-Tower (1912). The longest-term keeper was a woman, Georgia Stebbins. The fourth order Fresnel lens is on display in the museum.
