Thornapple Brewing Company Spirits and Sunday Brunch Launch

  • Thornapple Brewing Company in Grand Rapids, brewery, winery, and distillery all under one roof!
  • Both the Spirits and Sunday Brunch launch on December 17th
  • These spirits have been in development for almost a year now
  • One unique thing about their spirits is their eau de vie brandy. These are unoaked version of the spirit coming from the pear and apple wines themselves.
  • We are opening the distillery with several spirits – vodka, gin, rum, and coffee rum, barrel-aged whiskey, and several Michigan brandies – apple, pear and cherry. There will be both classic and house specialty cocktails, along with a mimosa and beermosas that integrate offerings from our brewery and winery. While the standard Thorny (Bloody) Mary will be available every day, we will have a Thorny (Bloody) Mary Bar on Sundays with all-you-can-spear fix’ins. For the spirit connoisseur, we have a flight of sipping 1/2 -shot spirits available too.
  • Cocktails TBD, with a combination of craft cocktails and more simple cocktails
  • Brunch:
    • The brunch menu will include sweet, savory and down-home dishes including fresh-made donut cousin to our very popular pretzels, chicken & waffle, biscuits and gravy, and egg offerings such as quiche and omelets.
  • Of course, they still have their extensive food menu, beer, cider, wine, and mead
    • Food menu includes: Artisan Pizzas, Hummus, snacks, desserts, and more
    • They have a dozen craft beers, as well as cider, wine, and mead
    • You’re getting great drinks and great food, all under one roof
    • Thornapple Brewing has live music every Thursday and Saturday nights.
