FireKeepers Casino Hotel is proud to continue their tradition of supporting local businesses with the launch of an updated menu at its signature restaurant Nibi, which features fresh items from farms throughout Michigan and Ohio.
From the minute you enter Nibi you know you’re in for one unrivaled dining experience. From the gorgeous fresh seafood to the thick, juicy rib-eyes, this is the spot where great meals, good friends and unforgettable nights come together. Chef Brandon’s latest market inspired menu is prepared to use locally-farmed produce at its peak season of flavor to accompany dishes. The delicious finished product meets the health-conscious demands of today’s discerning diners while simultaneously delivering fresh, creative dishes that are full of flavor.
The menu refresh follows recently announced dining awards in the “Best of Dining” category from Casino Player Magazine. These include, “Best Buffet”, “Best Seafood”, “Best Steakhouse”, “Best Happy Hour”, and of course, “Best Overall Dinning”. Nibi is also a three-time recipient of the Wine Spectator “Award of Excellence”.
Farms featured in the current menu include Texas Corners, of Mattawan Mich., Otto’s Chicken Farm, of Middleville, Mich., Ada Valley, of Ada Mich., and The Chef’s Garden, of Huron Ohio. Farms and produce will rotate throughout the seasons, to ensure the freshest products for FireKeepers guests.
