West Michigan’s number one holiday tradition returns to DeVos Hall for two weekends, December 9th-11th and 16th through 18th.
This magnificent production was re-imagined by Polar Express author Chris Van Allsburg and features choreography by Val Caniparoli and sumptuous set design by Eugene Lee.
Create a special holiday memory by taking your children to Grand Rapids Ballet‘s “Clara’s Nutcracker Party” on Sunday, December 11 in the Ambassador Ballroom at Amway Grand Plaza Hotel.
They’ll meet their favorite Nutcracker characters in all their splendor, enjoy a fun meal of kid-sized miniatures, take an impromptu ballet class with Drosselmeier himself, participate in a variety of holiday-themed arts and crafts, and hear a reading of The Nutcracker.
Our 13th Annual Eccentric Day is nearly upon us and we’ve been brewing up an array of beers for your alter ego. “Come as you aren’t”
This year’s tap list will feature more than 60 rotating beers, including our 2015 Eccentric Ale and a few surprises. If this wasn’t enough, our chefs sought far and wide for peculiar cuisine truly deserving of the day. And best of all, our food buffet is free, while it lasts.
Throughout the day we’ll have eight featured performers to help you bring out your alter ego. If you have a must see act, we recommend you come early. Once our capacity is filled, our door greeters will be letting one person in for every one that leaves.
Doors for our annual event held at Bell’s Eccentric Café will open at 9 a.m. on Friday, December 9. Music Starts at Noon and goes til 1am!
Free admission, though you must be at least 21 and dressed for the occasion (hint: come as you aren’t!)
We love Michigan, and we hope you do too. Made in Michigan stores, located at both Woodland Mall and RIvertown Crossings Mall.
We’ve brought together a collection of the best food, gift, and apparel items to help you celebrate this amazing state.
We only offer items that are Made in Michigan because we want to help the makers, studios, and artists do what they do best: create. We want to support our local economies and communities to be stronger together.
One of the main things people come into our stores for right now is to build a custom gift box that we will pack and ship anywhere in the country for them (like the Cherry Box or Beer Box, but with their own assortment of food items, soaps, decals, etc.)
People love supporting local businesses, and we carefully curate our collection of goods to offer a unique collection of traditional favorites and new makers for you to discover.
