Shetler Family Dairy in Kalkaska is hosting their annual Open Barn/Cow Party event this Saturday, September 10. Come to the farm and bring the whole family to meet the cows and the farmers, while enjoying free milk and cookies. There will also be hayrides, bottling plant and barn tours, pony rides, a hay maze, door prizes and much more.

Coming up on Saturday, September 17, Art at The Vines is an art show held on the beautiful grounds of Douglas Valley Winery in Manistee, amidst the breathtaking views of Lake Michigan, cherry trees and apples. Art at The Vines features wines from Douglas Valley, fine artists from around the state, fabulous food and local entertainment throughout the day. This event benefits local young artists, with a portion of the proceeds going to scholarships for local kids and young adults.

St. Ambrose Cellars, located in Beulah, is celebrating their anniversary on September 10 with The Crush party. St. Ambrose produces both wine and mead, and there will be plenty of both available for tasting. Admission is just $5, and you’ll enjoy live music, food truck, mead, wine and plenty more fun.
