New at the Grand Rapids Public Museum “Yoga Under the Whale”

The Grand Rapids Public Museum (GRPM) is partnering with Amber Kilpatrick’s Mindful Vinyasa School of Yoga to offer three yoga sessions at the Museum under the Museum’s Fin Whale on the first floor.

Yoga Under the Whale will be in the style of Mindful Vinyasa, which incorporates mindfulness into a smooth, deliberate and accessible yoga flow. All levels are welcome to attend and no experience is necessary. Attendees are encourages to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a friend.

The first class will be held on Tuesday, September 20th from 6:30pm to 7:45pm. Classes are free to attend with a suggested donation of $8. Additional classes will be held on Tuesday, October 18th and Tuesday, November 15th.
