Boyne Mountain Adds Wine Dinners to Popular Fall Farm-to-Table Series

Boyne Mountain Resort’s Farm-to-Table series returns in September with Chateau Chantal wine dinners, in addition to Short’s Brewing beer dinners. The Farm-to-Table series is offered each Friday beginning September 9th in Everett’s and alternates between wine and beer dinners, each with a unique menu.

Resort chefs prepare three-courses using the freshest bounty of produce from Coveyou Scenic Farm Market of Petoskey and pair each course with complementing tastes of wine or beer. The menus feature entrees like Otto’s chicken thighs with a sweet potato cake, wilted Swiss chard, and basil cilantro gastrique served with Chateau Chantal’s Chardonnay Reserve, as well as marinated skirt steak with roasted Yukon gold potatoes, sweet corn fingers, and a stout reduction served with Short’s Bellaire Brown. Each dinner also features a specialty salad and dessert.

Wine dinners take place on September 9th and 23rd, while beer dinners are planned for September 16th and 30th. Cost is $29 per dinner and also includes a Day Spa Pass to The Spa at Boyne Mountain, a $35 value, to enjoy future pampering. Diners can enjoy the Farm-to-Table experience from 5pm to 9pm and Everett’s regular menu is also available. For more information and the complete menus, visit

An expanded Farm-to-Table event takes place on Oct. 7 at Boyne Mountain’s Beach House Restaurant on Deer Lake as the finale for the series. Dinner service for this five-course offering with live entertainment is at 5:30pm and 7:30pm. Cost is $39 per person and reservations are required by calling 231.549.6854.
