As summer comes to a close, enjoy a Spanish-themed four-course dinner at the historic W.K. Kellogg Manor House on August 26.
The menu for the evening will feature white corn tortilla chips and jicama served with fresh pico de gallo and guacamole, roasted corn and queso fresco salad, char-broiled skirt steak with chiles and fresh chimichurri, tequila lime shrimp, Spanish rice, slow cooked black beans, and for dessert, crème caramel.
The cost of the dinner is $43.89/member and $48.76/non-member, which includes tax. A cocktail menu will be provided at the event. Cash and all major credit cards will be accepted for cocktail payments. Reservations are required for this event.
The dinner will take place on August 26 from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. at the W.K. Kellogg Manor House, located at 3700 E. Gull Lake Dr., Hickory Corners, MI 49060.
